OUR SERVICE
We will exercise a high degree of professionalism, integrity and honesty.

We are committed to your success, therefore we commit to sticking to the coaching schedule of every two weeks at least.

We will, at all times, maintain the highest ethical standards and diligently respect your confidentiality.

We promise that you will receive value from our coaching relationship together.

We promise that you will create a successful business if you stick to our system, do the homework we ask of you and be as reliable as we are with the schedule of our sessions.

COACHING PROGRAMS
1. All fees paid for any of our coaching programs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. It will be up to you to contact us to continue with the coaching.

3. We have office hours for coaching. Coaching sessions are held only Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm local time of Chris Sundance. Exceptions may be made.

4. Each coaching sessions ends with homework for the client. To guarantee the best results for our clients, we expect that the homework will be done within 2 weeks, as the program has to move on, to give our clients the results they want to have.

5. The level of success a client achieves with the professional help of The Sundancefamily is the full responsibility of the client!

If for some reasons the clients get behind with their homework, or cannot follow the schedule, they cannot blame The Sundancefamily Ltd for not getting results. If clients for any reason have to exceed the length of the coaching contract they signed up for, we cannot guarantee they’ll get all the sessions they paid for. Clients get the best results if they stick to the schedule provided by The Sundancefamily Ltd (at least every two weeks).

5. Be aware that there is NO email coaching included with your coaching contract.

There is NO more personal access to Chris Sundance or Katie Sundance of any kind other than described below:

The professional help from Chris is only guaranteed in the frequent “Question / Answer” calls via telephone.

All inner circle / mastermind members also get one-to-one coaching sessions (see your contract), the one day virtual online ‘live’ events and access to the protected Facebook group.

6. We do not guarantee success in business for the client. We at The Sundancefamily Ltd give you all the tools and a proven and clear system to create a successful business, but it is up to the client to work with the tools and systems and implement everything involved. Therefore all responsibility for success lies with the client.

7. It is the responsibility of the clients to call and contact the coach, NOT the other way around.

8. The client is required to give 48 hours notice if he / she needs to cancel or change the time of an appointment. (When the client has a scheduled appointment with Chris on Monday, the email asking to reschedule has to been sent latest by Friday, noon, Central time.)

If the client fails to reschedule the session in time he / she will be charged for the session in full.

9. If a client shows up or calls late, the appointment may be shortened accordingly.

10. The bookings for one-to-one coaching sessions must be done months in advance, as Chris is sometimes booked for many weeks in a row.

Best to book coaching sessions right now. You cannot expect to successfully book a session 4 weeks before the program ends. Chris might be busy then, and you cannot complain about that then. Book your sessions right now.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
